Wasted Youth

I'm jumping back into 2012 to share what I wore on 30th December for a bubble tea date with my friend Tenshi (whom I thank for the pictures). Our theme was to dress like a secret k-pop gay couple on their Christmas break from slavery. (Sane, we aren't, ashamed neither.) To translate this into normal speech, we both went for androgyny and a pair of big sunglasses.
There was a plot twist in the evening, when another friend called me that Will.i.am would be DJing in one of Prague's clubs. He's a great musician, and apart from that the details on his McQ biker jacket were definitely worth putting up with the crowd of starstruck idiots all around. Life lesson learnt: Be always prepared to leave for a party.

I didn't want to go for black leggings with this top, because that would be too predictable, so I dug out these polka-dotted harem pants. The print clash and boldness looks very Japanese street fashion in a sense. I made the look rather minimalist with carefully chosen details, because I was going for a menswear look. Lastly the bag is a new item in my wardrobe, I was in need of a new one that would manage my daily bookload at uni and I found one at Chicnova. It's practical and stylish at the same time, what more can you wish for?
My term is starting in a week by 'welcome' exams. I'd gladly accept another month of holidays, but I bribed myself by a bunch of packages waiting for me to pick them up, so I do have something to look forward to.
